I am going to be taking you on a unique journey through Africa, enhancing the African diet and how eating African meals is a great way to stay healthy. Africa is very rich in its culture and in its diet. Being in the tropics, the African fruits, roots, vegetables, herbs, meat and seafood have high nutrient contents.
On this site, African foods and unique fruits will be introduced, cooking African meals will be presented with a healthy twist to it. Nutrients in each food will be discussed in detail. And very importantly the health benefits of eating each African food and meals will be outlined.

Interesting, never heard of African diets let alone the benefits of one. I think this website will be very useful as there aren’t many websites that focus on African diet. Many people like Chinese food, or Thai food but African food kind of leaves the picture. I think its important to educate people on the different types of food out there.

Its sad the amount of people these days that do not take care of themselves when regarding their diet. People need to understand that eating healthy is one of the most important factors in creating a blissful life.
Its great to see that you have put togther a website that will help people who are looking to improve their diet, in a new an unique way. Particularly like this your post about the benefits of lemon juice, this was one of my mothers little home remidies to rid of colds an flus and I still use this!!

This is intresting! African diet sounds like a very healthy way of eating.
I am really intrested in the herbs, roots, fruits, vegetables and the seafood that you mention.
I am actually thinking of becoming a vegetarian but seafood I could never live without because I love it.
I also like to workout a lot so protein is a main factor when I choose food. What vegetarian food (high in protein) would you recommend?

You are very right, African foods are very healthy. For protein and not meat, it is beans!
Its good to know what diet should have to follow if your are really concious of your diet. Take advice from dietician and have medical tests before going into a diet process. Well, its good also to explore different ways on different culture and I love also being a health concious.
