Oatmeal has been touted by many dieticians and medical professionals as one of the most nutritious breakfast foods. With no gluten in it, I included it in my diet when I began to work on reducing my weight. The rich vitamin content of oatmeal helps me cover for the nutrients in the meals I had to forego. A friend who is a doctor also mentioned that it contains some nutrients that helps in keeping a fresh smooth skin.
So true Amanda,

I also like other ideas of using oatmeal like an oatmeal smoothie and tofu. I will definitely give it a try sometime this week. Considering that it is high in AVA and fiber, I may as well include oatmeal in my diets from now on.
Wise decision Dustin.

I am a huge fan of oatmeal and have been for most of my life. There was a period, after growing up and leaving my parent’s house, where I would not touch oatmeal. The reason was my Mom used to insist that we eat oatmeal every day before school. I did that for years so in protest I quit eating it entirely for some years.
That changed when I got married and we quickly had two beautiful little girls one after the other. Guess what? I started eating oatmeal again. I knew how good it was with the nutrition and the way it would make you feel full and ready for action each day.
You have added a lot of new ways to use oatmeal to get more of all that nutrition, and I have bookmarked the site because there are a couple of ideas I want to try at home! These days I am pushing oatmeal on the grandkids, I am sure they think I am old-fashioned, but good nutrition never goes out of fashion I think. Thanks for a great read and great advice!
Thanks for encouraging me Dave, and for the great comment.
