Stewed Chicken served with Vegetables
Oil free Chicken Jollof rice
Okra Stew with some meat and fish
Plantain fufu, made from fresh unripe plantain
Tomato and pepper sauce
Ingredients: Curliflower, Broccoli, onions, Tomato, sesame seeds and spices.
Method: stir fry chopped onions and tomatoes, add crushed broccoli and crushed curliflower. Add spices and simmer for 5 minutes.
