Couscous
Cous Cous is a traditional Algeria staple meal. It is made of very small balls of semolina. These tiny balls are steamed and can be made into any type of meal you want depending on what you serve it with. In the picture below, it is a vegetable couscous. You can also have other couscous dishes such as: Fish, Chicken or Beef.

Calories: 150c per 100g
Ingredients: Couscous, bell peppers, rocket leaves, spring onions
Method: pour couscous into boiled water and cover it. Leave it in for 10 minutes. Add chopped vegetables, mix and serve.
